BIO 385 Cellular Neurobiology

A study of the cellular and molecular mechanisms that underlie nervous system function, including discussions of the cellular structure of the nervous system, the electrical properties of neurons, synaptic transmission (neurotransmitters, neuromodulators, and receptors and cell signaling mechanisms), neural development, regeneration and plasticity, and neurological disorders.
