PHY 399 Quantum Mechanics

A study of the concepts and mathematical structure of quantum theory with applications to physical and chemical structures. Topics include relevant mathematical prerequisite material, one-dimensional systems, barriers and wells, the harmonic oscillator, ladder operators, angular momentum, and the one-electron atom.
