The Student Government Association declaration regarding original containers reads as follows: “The display on campus of any alcoholic beverage in the original container by anyone, regardless of age, is prohibited.” This “unoriginal container” rule means that no beer cans, bottles, etc. should be carried in public places (residence hallways included).
