CSC 121 Computation for Physical Sciences

This course introduces computational thinking and computer programming. Students will learn how to write programs that can help them as they study physics and chemistry. Students will also be introduced to simple Internet-of-Things devices that can be useful in physics and chemistry for remote sensing, instrumentation, and other applications.

Prerequisite

MAT 165 or MAT 170. Not open to students who have taken a CSC course numbered 150 or higher.
