Section 2 - Membership

1. The Student Judiciary shall consist of eight juniors and eight seniors by year of graduation, each chosen before their junior year for two-year terms.
2. One member shall be elected by a majority vote of those Student Judiciary members present at a meeting at which a quorum is present to serve as Chair.
   1. The Chair of the Student Judiciary shall call and preside over meetings of the Student Judiciary.
3. One member shall be elected by a majority vote of those Student Judiciary members present at a meeting at which a quorum is present to keep records and to preside in the absence of the Chair.
