ARS 460 Moving Image-IV

This is an advanced course in the art, history, and theory of time-based practices. The objective of this class is the development of moving image productions that demonstrate technical, aesthetic, and conceptual rigor. Students will be required to work independently to complete researched-based projects that connect and contextualize moving image practices with greater artistic, intellectual, and societal concerns. In addition, students will share their research and moving image practice through critique, presentations, discussions, and written essays.
