CHN 340 Business & Professional Chinese II
Serves as a continuation of CHN330 Business and Professional Chinese I, focusing on the application of Chinese in professional Chinese-speaking environments. It is tailored for students who have successfully completed a rigorous intermediate/intermediate-high college course in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese (CHN 220) or its equivalent. Throughout the course, students will engage in activities such as writing a business proposal, designing a contract, participating in business negotiations, and creating a website for a small business. Additionally, they will gain insights into the practices and customs of Chinese-speaking business communities.
