DSC 355 Methods of Sports Analytics
This course provides students with the concepts and tools necessary to understand the role of analytics in the sports industry for making better decisions both on and off the field. Students will engage with data engineering, statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization tools and techniques to produce and communicate analytic insights from sports data. Prerequisites: DSC 230 and
DSC 270, or permission of the instructor.
