PHY 120 Introductory Physics for the Life Sciences

A complement to PHY110 or PHY 210, this course includes a study of waves, statistical physics, biological fluid dynamics, electricity, magnetism, optics, atomic and nuclear physics. The course emphasizes those aspects of physics that are of particular importance in the life sciences. Laboratory work is required.
