SPA 230 Advanced Spanish Grammar and Composition
This course is the exploration and practice of grammatical concepts, oral conversation skills, and expression through writing to develop advanced communication skills in Spanish. A variety of tasks designed to contextualize and problematize key grammatical structures will integrate consistent practice of the four skills of listening, reading, speaking, and writing to improve linguistic competency. Students will apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios, such as literary excerpts, films, and other cultural productions to strengthen their speaking and writing in Spanish. Students will achieve higher accuracy and organization in their written and oral communication while developing a stronger sense of voice in Spanish.

SPA 220 or equivalent.
