Information Technology Services (ITS) Support
The ITS Helpdesk is located in Higgins Hall (next to Old Centre) and is open for walk-in assistance on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm (excluding college holidays). It is recommended that you call first to make sure that someone is available to assist, but you can drop in unannounced.
All Helpdesk requests require a service ticket. This helps to keep track of requests so they don't fall through the cracks. There are two simple ways to open a ticket:

The ITS Knowledgebase provides resources on the supported software and hardware of Centre’s campus technology environment. A few key resources that will help you get started include: ·
- CentreNet - the campus portal that provides links to College systems, event information, registration, grades and more
- Moodle – Centre’s learning management system/course management system
- Technology Discounts
You must be logged into CentreNet first before you can view the following policies. Make sure you login to CentreNet with your Centre username and password and then click on the links below.
- Acceptable Use Policy – This policy outlines the privileges granted to you as a user of Centre's services and facilities, including access to College resources, sensitive data, and both internal and external networks. It emphasizes the critical importance of conducting yourself in a responsible, ethical, and lawful manner.
- General Security Policy – this policy details how Centre security measures are employed and covers topics such as: network, password, firewall, spam monitoring and other security measures.
