MAT 370 Numerical Methods

A study of methods that can be used to find approximate solutions to diverse problems. Topics include root finding, interpolation, polynomial approximation, and numerical approximations for differentiation, integration, differential equations, and systems of equations. Other topics may include approximation of eigenvalues and matrix decompositions.
