MAT 252 Transform Methods

Many mathematical questions can be very difficult to address in their natural presentation. As such, mathematicians have developed a variety of methods to transform them to a more accessible presentation. This course focuses on various transform methods and as appropriate their inverses to facilitate solving problems. Topics may include: change of variables, the Laplace transform, the Fourier transform, and the discrete and fast Fourier transforms.
